The Triumphant Youth are the very talented children of of Va hip-hop pioneer, artist/producer Diallo and have been putting together various musical compositions for the past few years, while both have collaborated with their father on various projects, the Triumphant Youth concept was born during the summer of 2010 while both children spent their summer vacation with their father interning at the recording studio. 10 year old Kawi, is presently a 5th grade scholar role student and has already racked up some quality productions under his belt, co-producing the street anthem "We about a mission" by mid-atlantic hip-hop group GRTC as well as producing several tracks from Diallo including the rabidly popular "Rockin' with the best" where he also spits a few mean bars back and forth with Diallo. Look for more good work from this very talented young man in the near future 7 year old Taliyah is currently 2nd grade honor roll student and also an accomplished singer/composer, first featured on Diallo's "24's" along with MahAgony from the album "Get it or Forget it" which she also helped to engineer, and she has written and produced other tracks of her own as well as several new tracks with Diallo such as "I be kickin dat", "You're Wack" and others. This young lady is truly gifted and you can expect to hear more from her soon. The Triumphant Youth's 1st single "Unbeatable" featuring Diallo has been making a huge buzz in their hometown of Richmond, Va and is spreading across the internet like a wildfire, due to the appeal of a very cute DIY music video featuring the 1st family of indie hip-hop.
