The Promise Drive is an emo and pop punk band from LaGrange, Georgia that formed in the summer of 2002 after founders Zac Wisener and Richard Wade graduated high school. After a rough demo session with various musicians around Christmas of 2001, they decided to actually start a band and recruited various other talented musicians to complete their sound. Over the past 3 years and 4 member changes, they've developed a sound of their own that the southeast hasn't heard before. They've been through many changes including several different drummers, but they always seem to survive and come out better musicians and a better band. With a whole album of new songs in the works, The Promise Drive has set themselves up to get on top.
