The Kaines are a 5 piece rock/funk band and they are from the east of England. With each member bring so much to the table; funk, garage, punk, prog rock and hard rock being the most notable, The Kaines decided to play what they wanted to play rather than restricted to one specific thing... inadvertently they have generated a diverse pallet of material, each track tied down by the band's passion and individual flair. This 'will we play whatever we want to play at the time' ethos is something The Kaines pride themselves on. Some notable influences to The Kaines include The Strokes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pink Floyd, Foo Fighters, The Beatles, Muse, QOTSA, The Killers, Led Zeppelin, Lou reed and things other people say. Band Members include: Taylor Savidge - Vocals, Michael Evling-White - Guitar, Backing Vocals, Sam Lester - Guitar, Liam Lovegrove - Bass, Backing Vocals, Pete Catlin - Drums. The Kaines aren't being too precious about their raw demos being available for free download to the public.
