The Hell Yeah Babies are a Power Pop and Garage band from Astoria, New York that writes and plays number-one hit songs and dresses like they have somewhere nicer to be after the show but were somewhere getting laid beforehand. Basically, high school friends Mike Pfeiffer (vocals and guitar), Julian Ames (drums), and Dylan Roth (vocals and bass) brought in indie rock ringer Sam Paxton (vocals and guitar) of Ghost Hotel with the intent of making the kind of crash-bang no-pouting bliss bombs that make your heart play blast beats. Between the hooks, good looks and onstage magnetism of these dynamic performers they hit the stage like Pop Rocks in Coca-Cola that you've poured a pint of bourbon into, and the band was founded on the anti-apathy motto that if you want to get people off their phones then you gotta put on a show worth looking at.
