Farris Antoon, also known as Publius Vergilius Maro or Virgil in a previous life, is a modernist composer and prophet whose virtuostic arrangements chronicle the forthcoming fate of the human race's temporary inhabitance on Earth. The story is told through a series of albums, which when combined form a single, unified journey. Farris Antoon is every active member in a group known as The Vigilante Orchestra, a group dedicated to preserving human life by means of moral cleansing and reducing airborn vibration pollutants, more commonly known as lesser forms of music (you know who you are...). As for the future, Farris Antoon will again reincarnate in the form of Vigil, a character in the Journey to the Edge of Infinity saga who contributes to the education of one noted savior.
