There is more than one band with this name: 1) Powerpop group from Roseland, New Jersey. Started in 2002 by high school friends JP Makhlouf, Sam Frisch, Mike Diroma & Jeff Sayers as a pop punk band and found their way to a more PowerPop sound with time. Released their debut "Your Own Place" EP in summer 2003, a self-titled full length in 2005 and the "By The Bedside" EP in December 2006. After signing to Universal Republic Records in 2008, the group changed their name to Cash Cash due to legal reasons and several line-up changes. 2) The Consequence are a hardcore band from Perth, Australia.
