Taken Advantage are: Meyrick de la Fuente: Lead vocals/piano/guitar Sanam Shah: Lead guitar/vocals Dan Tun: Bass/vocals Emiel Khakhar: Drums Glenn Oborne (2007-2008) Having formed in 2007 and gone on a hiatus in 2010 in Pinner, London gigged with the likes of Cinders Fall, None The Less, My Passion, Don Broco and Exit Avenue, Taken Advantage prove that they are capable of playing to a vast range of different audiences, from that of heavy metal to pop punk. The release of their debut EP entitled “Tonight, The Skies” has struck chords across the music industry, provoking the knowledge that this band are set for big things in 2009 and beyond, musical tendencies that suggest a much greater ability than their ages might suggest! Taken Advantage, fronted by Meyrick de la Fuente, and completed with drummer Emiel Khakhar, lead guitarist Sanam Shah, and bassist Daniel Tun, have already been offered support slots alongside touring bands, in venues such as Camden Barfly, Islington Academy, and many more. Due to be heading out on tour in the summer, Taken Advantage are set to tear up venues all over the place, engraining their name and sound all over the country! Their debut EP, Tonight, The Skies was released on 20th March 2009.
