Sunken Foal is a pseudonym of Dublin, Ireland-based electronic producer Duncan Murphy. He also performs as part of the electronic duo Ambulance, (aka Da Paramedics) with Trevor O'Reilly. He has also released solo material under the names Minced Oath, Press Charges, and Celica. Via his label Countersunk, he has organized a somewhat anonymous collective of musicians (many from Dublin) to collaborate on and release tracks under the name 101 Beats Per Minute. Tracks for the first volume were released every Thursday starting August 23, 2018, via Bandcamp subscription. The 22-track volume was released on CD in January 2019.
