Spiritual Cramp is a post-punk and hardcore band from San Francisco, formed in 2017 by members of the band Creative Adult. Their music blends influences like post-punk, ska, and hardcore with themes of political frustration and personal vulnerability. The band features Michael Bingham on vocals, Mike Fenton on bass, Jacob Breeze on lead guitar, Nate Punty on rhythm guitar, Julian Smith on drums and Jose on keyboards.
