Spirit People is a New York City-based experimental pop group, formed in 2010. Their music incorporates unconventional guitar playing, lush and contrasting melodies, sharp syncopated rhythms, and blends pop and folk structures with hollow and distant experimentation. Spirit People was formed by and consists of three members, who met in college.
