Soundr (influenced by the psychology based term Sonder meaning - realizing other people have a complex life such as your own) is a alternative emo-pop project from Kate Thomas. An American, Kate grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. She has been producing music since 2017 working with electronic producers Mitis, Blanke and Adventure Club. She is also active on Instagram under the handle "IamSoundr" posting music updates. In late March 2025 she released a new single called "Choke".
