She Said She Was Eighteen is a deathcore/dudecore/brutal assualt project working out of Monroe, Connecticut Feat. ex members of The Scarlet Knife - Brian Gamse and Kevin Gustafson, other members include Aaron "The Guy" Berez on rhythm guitar, and Raye "The Smoke" Mokary on bass, vocalist is current member of Forever it is Written, Devin "He Wrote The Book" Cooke. She Said She Was Eighteen was formed in the summer of 2006 by The Gamse and The Kevin after the breakup of there then current project "The Scarlet Knife", at that point Gustafson and Gamse where looking for a vocalist and searched no furthur than Norwalk native Devin Cooke, an outspoken Scarlet Knife fan and good freind of the band, after attending a duded practice at the Gamse estate in Monroe and exacting duded vengence upon the microphone that evening, Cooke would become the vocalist of the project. After the departure of then rhythm guitarist Adam "The Face" Zimmer, and bassist Vincent "Slugger" Testani, Aaron "The Guy" Berez and Raye "The Smoke" Mokary two of Monroes finest, enthusiastically jumped on board the project and solidified the lineup, since then She Said She Was Eighteen has not ceased to produce brutal riffs, heavy slams, cold beers, fat blunts and so on and so on, She Said She Was Eighteen is known around Connecticut for there undying love for high grade marijauna's and ice cold beer. <a href="https://www.last.fm/music/She+Said+She+Was+Eighteen">Read more on Last.fm</a>.
