Sam Mehran (1986-2018) was an indie rock / dance punk musician from London, United Kingdom, who first rose to prominence as a founding member of the band Test Icicles (2004-2006). After the group's split he recorded music under the monikers Outer Limits Recordings and Matrix Metals. Mehran was found dead at his London apartment in July 2018, aged 31. A posthumous 2021 single, 'Loungy' b/w 'Cold Brew', released through Domino Recording Co. Ltd., was his first release, posthumously, under his own name.
