Rendezvous With The Kidnappers was an experimental band from Long Island, New York formed in 2006, and released their first EP, Turbulencia, in January 18th, 2007. It featured a progressive feel, with often angry and hard-hitting riffs and rhythms. The next EP, Anchor Baby, had a softer, more paced feel, often compared to The Sound Of Animals' sound on 'The Ocean And The Sun'. The most recent and final EP was 'We Believe In Modern Technology'.
