Purple Disturbance is a four piece from Coffs Harbour. Consisting of frontman and lead vocalist Thomas Downes, guitarist Jed Freudenstein, bassist Joshua Downes, founding drummer Jess Franklin as well as their current drummer, Jess Franko. With their sound deriving from a mixture of punk and alternative rock, they have toured around and opened for artists/bands such as The Screaming Jets, Jebediah, Grinspoon and much more.
