"PMS" is an electroclash duo / Art group from Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Formed by Serbian artists Jovana Sudimac and Goran Kauzlarić around 2001., duo was frequently mentioned, in a context of visual, video and relational art, but it also represented an unusual and unique fashion and music phenomenon in Balkans, which can be considered as a singular and avant-garde electroclash wing of new serbian scene, although it should be taken into account (honor to exceptions) that music described today by this term is generally more pop-oriented. They are best known by their cult Celebrity Over Night (Singl), which can be considered as early and isolated witch house / experimental electro anticipation, respectively for the song Veljo!, as well as for their specific attitudes and art projects such as video work "Zar Vas Nije Blam" or "Sanitary pad" series. Sudimac and Kauzlarić continued their work as visual artists and in 2006.
