Pillowinde is a indie rock/power pop band/project based out of New Brunswick NJ. Starting out as a solo project by singer and guitarist Claire Ruiz, a band was formed in the fall of 2021, playing shows in the New Brunswick area. On April 1st 2022 they re-released the eponymous solo debut, "Pillowinde". The true debut album, "Jets to Brunswick", was released a year later on April 14th, 2023. The band has played around with many different lineups and friends, including Daddy's Closet, Super Jack, Kie from Polyester Hall, Ori from Final Resting Pose and Julia and Harry from Marty, I'm Afraid.
