Nife formed in 2009 when Scott Barter (Bass) joined Nicole Fermie aka Nife (Electric Guitar/Vocal) and Howey Gill (Drums) as a last-minute stand-in at a festival gig. The classic rock-trio line-up, combined with a mutual love of 70s Krautrock and 60s psychedelia helped them craft their unique songwriting, style and sound. Nife's powerful voice and distinct open guitar style is backed by a rock-solid rhythm section. Scott's grounded bass weighs a heavy anchor while Howey's Moon-esque drumming injects unrivalled pace and drive.
