New & Jiew are a highly acclaimed diva duo in Thailand, officially debuting as a pair in 2005 under GMM Grammy. They first gained recognition as contestants on The Star Season 1 in 2003. Their debut album, “NJ Together”, was released in 2005, featuring the legendary hit "Kon Jao Namta" (The Crybaby). However, despite the success of the single, the album itself did not achieve the same level of popularity, leading to a six-year hiatus before they released their second album in 2011. Their second album, "NJ Next Step”, was a massive success, producing over seven hit songs in a single album. This success catapulted them to the forefront of the Thai music industry, leading to the release of four more albums and numerous singles and soundtrack contributions, all of which were highly successful. In 2023, after being active for more than 20 years, New & Jiew decided to take an indefinite hiatus. New shifted her focus to motherhood and launched her own music label, BIBBIDII ENTERTAINMENT, under which she releases solo music.
