Meat are a 5-piece progressive thrash metal band from Wellington, New Zealand. They started in late 2008 and released a demo in October 2009. in 2014, Meat opened for Anvil on their Hope In Hell world tour, and are currently working on recording their debut album. Their main influences are Kreator, Megadeth, Pantera, Mastodon, Baroness, Gojira.
