Luka’s voice is that of a twenty-year-old female and she can sing in both Japanese and English. Her voice bank was sampled from Yū Asakawa. The manga artist Kei, who illustrated Miku, Rin, and Len, also designed her mascot . However, unlike previous mascots in the series, her costume is not based on a school uniform.
