Loïc Jean-Pierre Nottet (born 10 April 1996 in Charleroi) is a Belgian singer, who was the runner-up in the third season of The Voice Belgique in 2014 behind the winner Laurent Pagna. Loïc was in the team of B.J. Scott. On 3 November 2014, Belgium's French language state broadcaster, Radio Télévision Belge Francophone (RTBF), announced Nottet as the Belgian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. On March 10th he presented the song "Rhythm Inside" as the Belgian entry for the ESC. He placed 2nd in the first semi final with 149 points. In the final, he scored a total of 217 points leaving "Rhythm Inside" in 4th position overall. In 2015, after Eurovision, he participated in the 6th season of 'Dancing with the stars' in France and was paired with Denitsa Ikonomova. The pair won the season with 67% of the public vote. In November of 2016, Loïc released his second single, Million Eyes. On March 31st, he released his debut album Selfocracy, dedecated to mirrors and self-image, after releasing the single Mud Blood only a few weeks before. On Halloween 2019, he released a musical short movie called Candy, in which he plays the leading role. The short movie was accompanied by an EP of the same name that contains 5 songs. On June 6th 2020, he released his sophomore album Sillygomania, after having to delay it several months due to COVID, and breaking his clavicle - which required major surgery. This album communicates about the accumulation of too many (bad or good) thoughts or memories, leading to an unstable rollercoaster of emotions. It contains a lot of singles that were released from 2017 to 2020, one of which was in his mother tongue. His first song in French is called Mr/Mme and was released on April 17th 2020. Loïc made his comeback after nearly a year of absence with the single Mélodrame. The singles Danser and Je t'haine followed. He released his third album Addictocrate on June 3rd 2023, in which he wrote for the first time completely in French, his mother language. Read more on Last.fm.
