Leon de Graaff (born Haarlem, The Netherlands, 22 February 1950) is a Dutch pop singer and a typical case of a one hit wonder: he released just three singles, one of which - the lovely Pittsburgh In The Rain, hit #28 in the Dutch charts in 1971 and became a bit of a classic in The Netherlands.
