La Musgaña was founded in 1986 by Enrique "Quique" Almendros, Jose Marti Climent and Rafa Martin. Their 1988 self-titled debut album made them win the Spanish National Folk Award for young performers and propelled them through the ranks of Spanish music. After their third album, Lubicán, original members Climont and Martin left the band, which replaced them with Cuco Pérez, on the accordion, and composer, percussionist and hurdy gurdy player Luis Delgado. Read more on Last.fm.
