Kyooo (Kyō) Born in 1985 in Fukuoka, raised in Chiba. Currently lives in Tokyo. After learning violin in elementary school, joining the brass band in junior high, and starting band activities in university, in 2009 they began posting home-recorded covers of their favorite songs on a blog they had made for fun. Wanting to share some original songs they created in between, they casually registered on Myspace in 2010, and in July of the same year held their first live performance at Hacchobori’s venue “Nanarashi.” From then on, they began full-fledged musical activities, performing solo with a small classical guitar. In 2011, they produced their first collection of works, “The Bird Sings,” which was released in January 2012 by Chōjūchūgyo (the label).
