Kitchener was a hardcore punk band from Manchester, England. They released The Price Of Progression EP on Flat Earth Records They also contributed to the following compilations: - Headscrew 125: A Manchester Punk/ Hardcore compilation (with Pig Pile, Stretch & the Amberjacks) - Nothing New compilation with Bob Tilton, Dead Wrong, Kito and Bug Eyed - The Boredom & the Bullshit compilation with One By One, Pig Pile, Marker, Manfat, State of Filth, Headache, Voorhees, Stalingrad and Nerves. The band originated as Stalemate, changed it's line-up and name to Bodybag, changed it's line-up and name to Kitchener. "Kitchener" may also refer to Trinidadian Calypso artist Lord Kitchener.
