Jekka is a Moscow-based singer-songwriter and producer mixing genres, realities and rituals. She has already released 2 solo EPs and 1 collaborative EP with Russian producer Raumskaya, collaborated with many different musicians and artists, had supporting slots for EMIKA, Heidi Happy, Pictureplane and many others, released several music videos with coverage by THUMP, Create Digital Music, The Creator’s Project. Participant of CTM Musicmakers Hacklab, Red Bull Music Academy Bass Camp 2013, Ableton Loop Summit 2017. In 2017 Jekka is presenting #ГОД (YEAR) - an exploratory album investigating Russian folklore and digital realities. During a whole year a team of directors, writers, performers and artists will be reimagining Russian folklore. This journey will be expressed in a series of multimedia events, performances, videos, folk singing and new rituals.
