Trevor M. Wilburn, the IRON IMP, is an electronic musician, sound designer and foley artist based out of Mississauga, Ontario who has been actively creating unhinged, outlandish electronic music since 1999. With its roots dating back to late 2003, Trevor's electronic solo project IRON IMP launched as a consolidated effort in 2004 with the official website and a self titled debut album. Between 2004 - 2006, Trevor wrote and released 2 additional albums and 2 EPs, as well as successfully executing 4 live IRON IMP perfromances as well as doing live sound engineering for other artists. Subsequently, between 2006-2008, Trevor focused his efforts on several different avenues: working with Greg Kowalczyk on their collaborative industrial act compUterus, doing sound design, foley work and soundtracking for video game developers, creating visual art and photography incorporated into video editing, developing software instruments and signal processors and all the while continuing to create interesting new original music.
