Harmony of Dissonance (also known as HOD) is a progressive speed metal band from Milan, Italy.
Their music builds upon fast guitar riffs, heavy drum kick polyrhythm and mathematical elements, combined with high pitch melodic vocals and harmonies.
The band has taken most of their influence from power metal bands like Symphony X or Stratovarius, but is likely to show elements from a wide array of bands such as Metallica, Blind Guardian and Dream Theater.
