Ghost Pirates is comprised of Ely Liberov and Ben Tesser. The two grew up in a suburb of New York City. Growing up they listened to punk rock, pop, emo, rock, jam bands, and hip-hop. When the two first listened to Infected Mushroom together, they fell in love with electronic music. Ghost Pirates takes inspiration from Infected Mushroom, STS9, John Dahlback, Cryptonites, Das Glow, Miami Horror, Bag Raiders, Bassnectar, and Daft Punk. The music is a unique blend of many different electronic and conventional genres to bring something completely new. Keep your eyes out for these up and coming musicians.
