GalapagosS formed in 2010 by 小林写楽, 新太郎 and ゴキミ。. The name of the band comes from the japanese term "Galápagos Syndrome". They play heavy, hard rock with chiptune sound effects (reminding the listener to classic video games) and are influenced by punk, new wave and techno music.
