Swedish acapella group Gabbahey is a R&B/Soul/jazz band, founded in 2005. They mainly play live, having performed over a 100 times the last 4 years - with location ranging from bars to corporate partys. The group established considerate amount of fans and with the release of their first album-CD, Black & White in 2007, their achieved attention grew. The all-male quintet consist of 2 tenors (Joakim Landegren and Anders Enström), the baritone Gabriel Paues with Olof Hernell and Jakob Sungberg 2 people singing bass. The quintet's sound bears resemblance to other Swedish a Capella bands like The Real Group and Vibafemba . Their harmonies, dynamic lead-singer switching and variety in style and genre of their composed materials are some examples of what one could describe as Gabbahey's distinctions They appear on the Naxus release "Bara vara ledig" (2009), which furthermore includes songs from above mentioned resembling groups, together with several other Swedish a Capella artists' / vocal ensembles' performances. Gabbahey is planning to release a new album this year. Their music exists digitally on Itunes and Spotify.
