Missoula's FIREBALLS OF FREEDOM are out to dispel the notion that Montana is populated solely by mountain men, militias and nature-loving movie stars. The Fireballs prove there's punk rock in them thar hills. Sure, they're isolated up there, but that only makes their sound more unique-- raw and powerful, with a ferocity that skips a couple of generations back to the Motor City and then leaps somewhere else entirely.
