Eärendil Aragorn Steen, also know as just Eärendil, is a Norwegian actor, comedy rock singer and prominent fantasy nerd. The music is dark satire and misanthropic humor, but with witty undertones. It's like when you have massively painful diarrhea but you're just happy that you're getting it out of your system. Eärendil comes from the far North of Norway, beyond the Arctic circle, which influences his mood, style and his perception of the world. The music is heavily inspired by comedians like Denis Leary, Tim Minchin, Tenacious D, Ylvis and others. The songs are also co-produced and recorded by Finnmark-born lad Vidar Helander, who grew up in an area where moonshine at a 90% level of alcohol is considered mandatory for any rite of passage. Vidar Helander is also known for wrestling polar bears, trolls and standard ikea furniture. In 2019 Eärendil wrote "I Really Hate Humans" which became a minor hit in the summer of 2019 in Oslo, and followed up with "Sex With Jensen Ackles", a comedy tribute to the great actor from Supernatural who immortalised the character "Dean Winchester", Vidar Helander produced and mastered both tracks, as well as putting on several instruments himself, and providing angelic choir when needed.
