There are at least two artists with this name: 1) a DJ from US 2) A band from Italy 1) Hailing from Boulder, CO, Dead Rose is a highly versatile Producer / DJ known for his unique fusion of beautiful orchestral instruments with hard-hitting synths and drums. Much like a dead rose symbolizes beauty in decay, his music captures the delicate balance between elegance and intensity. Since debuting his first single "Magnets" in 2022 with Afinity, Dead Rose has captured the attention of the EDM scene. His evocative soundscapes and powerful drops have earned him features on prominent labels such as Circus Records, Lowly, Lost in Dreams, Loud Memory, and more. 2) 2005 Syracuse Area Music Award (SAMMY) Winners for "Best New Artist", the four piece rock band known as "Dead Rose" represents the talented musicianship of four Syracuse-area musicians with a passion for rock and roll music, and a burning desire to create more of it while growing in the Central New York music scene. Their enthusiastic stage presence and powerful guitar harmonies has grabbed the attention of great CNY bands like Under The Gun, One Hard Krank, and Brand New Sin who gave them the distinct opportunity to perform at local clubs and venues such as Coors Light Balloon Fest, Harborfest, Club Tundra(formally the Lost Horizon) Syracuse Inner Harbor, Hanover Heat, and the GS Steamer’s Labatt Concert Series. Dead Rose has also shared the staged with National Acts such as: The Guess Who, Seether, The Fray, and Saving Jane. On June 3rd 2005, Dead Rose won "Best New Artist" at the Syracuse Area Music Awards, also known as the "SAMMYS". Dead Rose recorded their 2005 demo at SubCat Studios, Skaneateles and recorded their 2006 demo With Peter Walker of Village Recorders. Both CD’s are available at shows. Along with Originals, Dead Rose Plays Rock Covers by: AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Godsmack, Guns n Roses, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Kiss, Metallica, Motorhead, Motley Crue, Megadeth, Nickleback, Ozzy Osbourne, Pantera, Poison, Van Halen, Dokken, Ratt, Scorpions, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Thin Lizzy, Velvet Revolver, Wolfmother and many more. The Band’s future plans are to make a career out of playing music to a wide range audience while touring nationally.
