There are at least two bands named Dark Fate: 1) Death/thrash metal/grindcore band from NY 2) Punk band from Russia 1) Dark Fate were formed in 1986 and released the demos "We Do Death" in 1986 and "Into the Unknown" in 1987. They then changed their name to Necrolord looking forward to playing a more straightforward thrash/death metal-oriented style, in contrast to the grindy sound of Dark Fate.
