Danielle Jane Minogue (born 20 October 1971) is an Australian singer, television personality, and actress. She first appeared as a child on the television talent program "Young Talent Time" (1982–1988) and later gained recognition for her role as Emma Jackson on the Australian soap opera "Home and Away" (1989–1990). She began her music career in the early 1990s, achieving commercial success with her debut album "Love and Kisses" (1991) and its singles "Love and Kisses", "Jump to the Beat", and "Success". After the release of her second album, "Get into You" (1993), her commercial momentum declined, and she subsequently pursued work in musical theatre, earning recognition for her stage performances. In the late 1990s, Minogue returned to music and adopted a dance-oriented style with her third album, "Girl" (1997). Her fourth album, "Neon Nights" (2003), became the most commercially successful release of her career. It was certified gold by the British Phonographic Industry and produced several hit singles, including "Who Do You Love Now?", "Put the Needle on It", "I Begin to Wonder", and "Don't Wanna Lose This Feeling". In 2007, she released her fifth studio album, "Club Disco". In the United Kingdom, Minogue has achieved nine top ten singles and 13 consecutive number-one singles on the UK Dance Chart. In Australia, she has recorded 12 top 30 singles and six gold-certified singles. As of January 2017, she had sold more than seven million records worldwide. Minogue has also established a career in television. She has served as a judge on programs including "The X Factor UK" (2007–2010), "Australia's Got Talent" (2007–2012), "Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model" (2013), "The X Factor Australia" (2013–2015), "Let It Shine" (2017), and "The Masked Singer Australia" (2019–2021).
