Daniel is a veteran singer/songwriter, published columnist, radio show host and a Chen Taijiquan instructor. The Montreal native has played with various bands, performing in Montreal, Toronto and Europe. His time as the front man of indie quartet Ecclestone had him opening for classic rock bands such as Nazareth, YES, Mike Tramp (White Lion) & April Wine. The group won ‘Best Band’ twice on California-based website Makeastar.com . Their last album, Datamantra, is still available at iTunes, cdbaby.com & Amazon. In 2003, Daniel was signed as a solo artist to an independent record deal that despite three years of hard work, produced no fruit. In 2006, he formed the Daniel Iorio Group. The band released the self-produced effort Hike in 2008. The album was a digital-only release, and is available at cdbaby.com , iTunes & Amazon .
