The members of Collapse Project started to make music in the 1990s, but under the name of the punk-rock band "Notausgang". After several concerts in Germany, Klaus left the band and decided to spend his time with electronic music. Tobi stayed with the punk-rock band until it broke up at the beginning of 1999.
The years passed by and the two lost sight of each other. Time was ticking. In November 2005 Klaus created the one-man-project "Collapse Project". His aim was to create fast, electronic experimental music, the style orientated to the EBM scene. At the end of January 2006 CP released their first demo CD to attend attraction. One year of work lay still ahead in Klaus' future, and in February 2007 the first album "My Own Way" was released. Later in 2007 Klaus and Tobi met purely by chance and decided to go the way of CP together. A few months later Joe joined CP, extending the variety of sound and making their live performances even better. Right now they're working on the new album.
