1. Church of Destiny is a Gothic Metal project led by Hoang Bao Long. He first had an idea of this project in 2005. Church of Destiny is just a name of the project, not a band. There is only one member in the project, he is Long. Long also wanted to recruit some more members for the project but by the moment he started this project, he found no one who could work with music composing software or support him on recording the music. Thus, he decided to carry out the project alone. The first album of Church of Destiny is Secret of Desolation, released on 2006. The music is really rough and little sophisticated. But it marked the first step of Long in composing music. The second album of Church of Destiny is Disappearance of Chaos, released on 2007. The music has been more sophisticated with greater inclusion of Symphonic element. Since Long enjoyed the Symphonic Gothic Metal, he always wanted to integrate this style in his music. Disappearance of Chaos was made with this inspiration. The third album of Church of Destiny is The Aspects Inside, released on 2008. Different from the two previous albums, the music in this album is totally classically-oriented. As the music style has changed, Long decided to use his name for the name of the artist, not Church of Destiny anymore. But you can still see "Church of Destiny" in the front CD cover. Somehow, it is a trademark. Long will still go on with Church of Destiny since he is planning about another Gothic Metal album. The plan is still in secret, with nothing revealed. 1.
