Cheer Athletics was founded in 1994 by Angela Rogers and Jody Melton in Garland, TX, with the goal to "build the largest, most prestigious all-star program in the country." Cheer Athletics won its first NCA national title in Spring of 1995. They have grown tremendously in the years since, changing locations several times to accommodate their increased enrollment. Cheer Athletics is one of the few programs to be highly competitive in multiple senior level 5 divisions.
