Abdullah Mücahit, known as Bor Pro, was born in Sivas in 1990. His early interest in graffiti and hip-hop music led him to beatmaking at the age of 14. He created beats and rap songs with local underground rap artists. In 2008, he moved to Istanbul to study Architecture at Istanbul Technical University. His vocal album journey began in 2009 with "Bir Yalnızlık Öyküsü", continued in 2010 with "Korkusuz Cengaver", "Bunlar Boş İşler", and concluded in 2011 with "Mütemadiyen", recorded at PMC studio. After that, apart from a few vocal recordings, he continued his journey with instrumental music. His instrumental album series, which began in 2010, continued until 2021. During this time, he collaborated with artists such as Hayki, Fuat Ergin, Tahribat, DJ Sivo, Patron, and Rahdan. In 2016, he founded the Gardaslar Rulez music label with his younger brother Psychotechnic and Hattat, releasing instrumental hip-hop works in various styles. He passed away in a traffic accident on September 4, 2023. Around the same time, his song "Nocturne" from his 2013 album "Subliminal" became popular worldwide and served as an anthem for his farewell. In 2024, a compilation album of his earlier works, MEMORIES, was released in his memory.
