Beer Hockey is a four piece instrumental band from Chicago IL. In the fall of 2009, Justin Dodge(Guitar) and Nino Cutraro(Former Drummer) combined their knowledge of traditional and modern music to create a sound that catered to each of their skill sets. After the two had become acquainted with each other as musicians, they acquired Mark DeBenedetti(Lead guitar) and Danny Levy(Bass). Shortly after, the group began producing new material, playing shows, and recording demos. In 2011 Nino Cutraro moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film/editing. Justin then contacted Kevin Kreller of "Good Work Johnson" to be the new stick man for Beer Hockey. Currently, Beer Hockey is performing songs off their new EP "Low Budget" in bars and venues around Chicago.
