Biography
Auntie Christ is a late-1990's punk band, containing vocalist/guitarist Exene Cervenka & drummer DJ Bonebrake (both of seminal LA punk band X) plus bass player Matt Freeman. They released only one LP, 1997's Life Could Be A Dream on Lookout!. Though the indepedent label is known for pop punk bands, Auntie Christ was in the tradition of pure, snide, unbridled 77 punk.
