Astronoid is a post-metal band from Lowell, Massachusetts, USA. The music of Astronoid picks up various influences from shoegaze music and alternative rock from the past along with black metal, post-metal and grunge of more recent times. Alcest, Bailter Space and The Smashing Pumpkins are just a few bands from which Astronoid seem to derive their inspiration.
