Debut album for 9 Millimeters, Irreversible features a potential.
Capable of explosive tracks like "Irreversible", "Nothing is more like it," "I do not think things will change," or "Candelian, 9 Millimeters highlights his melodic dimension on other tracks like " Lost Love "or" Human Nature ".
9 Millimeters slice by his singing sometimes very prominent, rather melodic, and suffers a priori comparisons, earlier references to the viewing of "Irreversible". However, once past the first impressions, originality and difference of 9 Millimeters, "Irreversible" is gradually turning into an album with a role in the CD library.
Melody strongly highlighted, singing in the foreground, "Over time" sets the tone, rhythm and raw song that undulates on these guitars, lyrics far from being insipid: "Why do people feel compelled to charm others to feel alive? ". 9 Millimeters is distinguished by the strength of her singing, her highlighted and the songs he produced, as on "Nothing to prove," but so far forgotten by issuing powerful passages, high in decibels, as a barrage of agreements, these passages also propel "Nothing to prove" on another dimension of sound, interspersing passages felted very intimate.
Both groups incorporate some scratches to follow a fad, all the scratches from 9 Millimeters appear naturally in the assembly with music and the band delivers. Sometimes a bit monotonous on the chorus, 9 Millimeters recovery machinery effectively passages square dynamic and vitamin cocktail. Recalling sometimes vaguely Incubus or Viridiana, for the accents of certain compositions, 9 Millimeters is really almost unclassifiable, powerful groove metal or melodic metal, but in all cases catchy.
Still, after the first 3 tracks on the album explosives, 9 Millimeters becomes engaged, softly, pointing melodic power, bridges and destructive instincts millimeter. This would not count on the bomb that is "Irreversible", the album title track, which breaks down obscure comparisons, large bursts of massive guitars, scratches dementia, then a pounding guitar melody on a slope, accompanied by a bass that is heard with genius and a song that expresses itself, that resists hard not to explode, the chorus is a delight, a groove insane "Nothing is irreversible." Read more on Last.fm.
