Slovenian born DJ, producer and vocalist living in west London. In 2010 Maya '8Bitch' Medvesek's work has been critically acclaimed by FACT, Wire, Mixmag and XLR8R magazines plus has released successful remixes of Terror Danjah, Samuel and the dragon and Dam Mantle amongst others. Her debut single 'G41' (Slit Jockey) was featured on the Ministry of Sound compilation "Adventures in dubstep and beyond". Sounds like: A mix of Detroit Techno, Electro, Hip Hop, Booty, Grime, Dubstep, Garage and god knows what else. Equinox EP is out now on Seed Records with an EP to follow on Svetlana Industries in early 2011.
