Born in Atlanta raised in Decatur, Ellenwood, & Esat-Atlanta. At the age of 8, Da Official PaperCha$a, began forming his swag. Da Official PaperCha$a started making beats in 1999. As of 2003, he teamed up with his first cousin Mr.Beatz, which is also a producer, & form an record label known as R.T.P. (RipTrak Productions).
