Kiyoshige Koyama (小山清茂; b. 1914) was a Japanese composer. After graduating from Nagano Teachers College in 1933, he made a living as a schoolteacher until 1955, then he began composing full-time. He placed first in the composition division of the Music Competition of Japan in 1946 and won awards in the annual Arts Festival in 1957, 1959 and 1962.
