One of the many new movements to emerge from the eclectic North Holland underground scene over the last few years, Sausage Roll is a mash-up of traditional rock 'n' roll and the wild sounds of one of the Netherlands most popular genres, sausage house. Slamdancing revellers get down to "bake" in the "ovens" (as such sausage roll joints are known), with wild random movements known to hipsters as "Brownian motion".
